Charise Lindsey is a certified professional coach and highly interactive certified trainer with a natural skill and passion for guiding emerging leaders. She helps emerging leaders and professionals to increase their self-awareness and interpersonal skills through personal development strategies so that they can make better, quicker decisions and effectively lead themselves and others. Building on her leadership experience and her personal story of finding her own "Leaderseed", Charise is committed to empowering professionals to develop their leadership identity and their unique personal leadership style.
She received her Master of Science Degree in Adult Education and Evaluation with an emphasis on Training and Development from Marshall University and her coach training from the World Coach Institute. Charise is an affiliate of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical Schools's McLean Hospital, a member of the Association for Leadership Educators and the American Business Women's Association.
